- Torrified Red Wheat Premium Malt: The My Brew Supply Wheat Premium Malt has been heat treated to break the cellular structure, allowing more rapid hydration and malt enzymes to more completely attack the starches and protein. This helps to ensure that your malted drinks have a strong but smooth flavor with a beautiful color. These grains are perfect for both brewing your own drinks and for use in distilling.
- Grown In Western Europe: Our Torrified Red Wheat Premium Malt Grain is grown in some of the most prominent regions of Western Europe, including Germany, France, Denmark, and England. Each grain variety we use is well-established in the country of origin, to ensure consistently high-quality grains.
- Belgian-Style White and Wit Beer: This torrified red wheat malt can be used in place of raw wheat when making Belgian-style White and Wit beers. Our premium crushed grain can also be used as a base for darker ales and stouts as well.
- Torrified Wheat Malt Grains: This extra large 10lb bag of Crushed Grain provides plenty of opportunity to perfect your brewing technique. We mill the grains into a crushed malt powder so you can easily brew your own beer with our beer making supplies, or combine them with My Brew Supply yeast, hops, and other flavorings to create your own unique drink!
