Description
- Everything you need for our Corn, Rye & Wheat Moonshine recipe. This kit will make you 10 gallons of mash. All that's left to add is water! We sourced only the highest quality grains for these kits. With pre-measured ingredients and easy to follow recipes, you now have the ability to shine like a pro. So easy it's almost cheating!
- Corn, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla and maple syrup as well as white sugar and cotton candy can be pulled through. Sweetness can be offset through maturing in oak barrels.
- Known for its spice, rye gives a whiskey a pepper and cinnamon tone. It is a great additive, to any hobbyist arsenal. The higher the rye content the spicier the whiskey.
- Whole wheat bread with a dab of honey. Wheat provides a whiskey with cereal notes, with brown bread and malted tones pulling to the surface.
