This laminated communication board was developed by us; a mother and daughter nursing team to assist non-verbal patients with basic communication by pointing to pictures, words, and letters. It is a 13 x 19 board and is double sided with a UV coating for durability and laminated It is large so that it can be used by all ages. It can help a patient communicate by pointing to a pain scale, common words, pictures to describe how they are feeling, and alphabet to spell words out, and pictures to point to what they need, emotions, and what they would like to do.
