Provide patient care with the Telfa Ouchless non adherent cotton pad as it has a coating on both sides that keeps the material from sticking to the opened wound. It stays on the injured area without absorbing the exudate, which keeps the dressing from causing irritation. The non adherent dressing is used for primary and secondary applications that drain lightly for an "Ouchless" change in dressings. It's perforated, so you can cut to shape any wound size without separating the material. This coated cotton pad applies to dry wounds, helping to shield the area as it heals. Its non-stick qualities also keep the pads from leaving residue within the wound bed. As a sterile dressing that is individually wrapped in envelopes, users need not worry about cross contamination or bacterial infections.
